A white injectable dry powder in a transparent glass vial which should become a colorless, transparent liquid when reconstituted with a solvent (normal saline solution).

Dilute to 100u/2,5ml (4U/0.1ml) with 0.9% preservative-free sterile saline solution.
Use a 30-gauge needle to inject a total of 20U of 0.1ml each at 2 sites of the corrugator muscle and 1 site of the procerus muscle for a total of 5 sites.
